In today’s fast-paced complex world, our wellbeing is an essential aspect of being effective in business and leadership. Throughout my life, I’ve been influenced by my experiences with chronic health challenges, which have given me a deep understanding of the relationship between health, happiness, and high performance. I’ve learned firsthand the relationship between health, purpose and potential.

Our health directly impacts our decision-making, creativity, and resilience—key qualities that empower us to lead effectively, inspire our teams and strive towards our vision. When we prioritise our wellbeing, we not only improve our personal lives but also elevate our performance and influence as leaders and business owners. Thriving health allows us to approach challenges with clarity and energy and have the confidence to say yes to life.

With this understanding, I have recently completed a Certificate in Health Coaching Sciences with Prekure, to weave health coaching into my already integrative approach to supporting you to be the best version of yourself.

Health coaches that operate within primary care settings play a crucial role in alleviating the burden on our healthcare system by empowering individuals to take charge of their health and wellbeing. As advocates for lifestyle medicine, health coaches provide personalised support that helps clients make sustainable changes in their daily habits, reducing the likelihood of chronic conditions that strain healthcare resources.
